BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — Police in Battle Creek are looking for suspects following a shooting that left two people wounded Friday night.
Investigators believe it started during an argument at Michigan Avenue and Kendall Street. The disputing parties drove away.
At around 8:15 p.m., one of the cars was struck by gunfire coming from another vehicle at Kendall and Parkway Drive.
A woman in the backseat was hit in the arm. A male in the front was hit in the torso. Both the victims are 22 years old and expected to survive.
No description of the suspect vehicle was released.
