KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A 44-year-old Kalamazoo man was rushed to the emergency room at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo after he was stabbed in the 800 block of Burell Avenue on Wednesday.
Kalamazoo Public Safety was called at around 6:18 p.m. The victim was rushed to the hospital with a life-threatening stab wound to his chest.
Detectives canvassed the neighborhood, trying to learn what events led up to the assault and to identify his attacker. So far, no arrests have been announced.
Witnesses say it may have been a domestic argument that led to the stabbing. At last word, the man was in critical condition.
