PORTAGE (WKZO-AM) — Investigators claim a teenager has confessed to attacking a 43-year-old Portage woman with a knife, stabbing her repeatedly in her own kitchen one week ago last Thursday.
They say the incident was triggered after the suspect allegedly was spurned by Victoria Enos’ daughter.
Brandon Luevano, 19, who went to Portage Central High School with Enos’ children, has been charged with assault, first-degree breaking and entering and two counts of car theft.
Enos’ daughter had declined to go out with Luevano.
Luevano is being held at the Kalamazoo County Jail on $150,000 bond.
