KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — The sixth annual EZ Memorial ride will be held Saturday starting in Kalamazoo and ending in Marshall.
Sponsored by the Sons of Malta, the now annual event is a fundraiser for the Eric Zapata Foundation which will benefit the children of the slain Public Safety Officer, who was killed in the line of duty.
As many as 600 riders have participated in the event in previous years.
Registration starts at 10:00 this morning at the Old Country Buffet at the Maple Hill Mall on West Main.
The ride begins at 1:30 and will trail through three counties, winding up at the Backroads Saloon in Marshall for drinks and entertainment.
