KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — It’s a huge part of the June Jubilee this weekend in Kalamazoo. The Bronson Park Art Fair is one of the oldest juried events of its kind in the nation, celebrating its 65th year this summer.
Over 190 artists who turn out all sorts of arts and crafts will be selling their creations Friday and Saturday.
Katie Houston with the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts said shoppers can find some really unique items, but she says it’s also fun to just look.
The two-day event begins at 3 p.m. on Friday and will feature a beer garden from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. On Saturday, they will be operating from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with children’s activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
