BATTLE CREEK (WKZO-AM) — It was a big weekend for Texans at the Field of Flight Airshow and Balloon Competition once they were able to get the hot air balloons off the ground on Friday.
They had better luck this weekend, completing enough tasks to make it a competition.
Joe Heartsill of Texas took the top prize and local balloonist Steve Mitchell came in second.
Texans Rhett Heartsill, Johnny Petrehn and Joe Svada came in third, fourth and fifth.
