PORTAGE (WKZO-AM) — Bus drivers with Portage Public Schools are slated to get a one percent pay increase when they return to work in about two months.
Board members approved the two-year deal with the pay increase earlier this week.
The agreement also includes a $250 longevity bonus for drivers who have been with the district for at least 13 years.
The district is still trying to come to terms on a new deal with its secretaries before the start of the new school year.
