UNDATED (WKZO-AM) — CoreLogic says the foreclosure rate in Kalamazoo-Portage declined another 0.16 percent in July compared to figures from the same time last year.
The financial information firm says it settled at 0.44 percent.
The local rate is about half the national average, but remains fractionally higher than the statewide mark.
The mortgage delinquency rate in Kalamazoo-Portage was also about a half-percent lower.
