KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A suspected marijuana dealer who may have been on some of his product while speeding on South Park Street late Thursday has been arrested after a traffic stop.
The Kalamazoo Public Safety officer could smell the telltale odor coming from the vehicle during the traffic stop, which happened at around 9:20 p.m. A police dog sniffed out three large Ziploc bags containing marijuana, according to a press release.
They also found electronic scales and a box of sandwich bags commonly used for distribution.
The 28-year-old Kalamazoo resident was booked into the Kalamazoo County Jail for possession with intent to deliver.
