DALLAS (WKZO-AM) — The Western Michigan University Broncos have been introduced to AT&T Stadium where they will get to play next week in the Cotton Bowl. Last night they were fans watching the Dallas Cowboys thump the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football.
Coach Fleck says he hopes it helped them get a feel for the crowd and get a little more acclimated to the stadium, which is huge.
This evening they are scheduled to watch an NBA game between the Mavericks and the Rockets and he says they have more planned this week that they are keeping secret.
He says he wants the team to enjoy and remember the bowl experience. They will also be getting in some practices during the day.
The game against the Wisconsin Badgers is scheduled for 1 p.m. next Monday afternoon.
