KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Downtown Kalamazoo will see the grand opening of a new charcuterie restaurant this week.
The Grazing Table Kalamazoo, located at 402 South Burdick Street, will open this Thursday, October 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Limited menu items will be available for the first customers during the grand opening.
The location is where the former Tibbs Brewing Co. was housed until its closure last year.
In addition to offering various charcuterie boards, The Grazing Table also features a curated selection of local and small business products and gifts for customers to purchase.
Officials say the opening day event will include charcuterie boards to-go, first dibs at the shop items, and an opportunity to meet the owners, Joey and Jenna Gamrat.
There will also be limited indoor seating provided for those who would like to enjoy their grab n’ go board in the new space.
“We are so excited to finally welcome the Kalamazoo community into our space,” Joey Gamrat said in a statement. “It’s been a labor of love and we cant wait to see you all enjoy it.”
“We hope you fall in love with charcuterie as much as we have,” Jenna Gamrat added.
