ZEELAND TOWNSHIP (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a non-fatal shooting in Zeeland Township, according to authorities.
Police were alerted by Holland Community Hospital officials that a 20-year-old man was being treated for a minor gunshot wound late last night.
The victim is cooperating with police, who believe the suspect and victim know each other and there is no threat to general public. The victim was treated and released from the hospital last night.
This incident does remain under investigation.
