UNDATED WKZO AM/FM) — It’s fairly unusual for Late April but not unheard of in Michigan.
Winter briefly returned overnight, dumping a couple of inches of snow that covered the grass, but quickly melted off roadways, and should be gone by mid-morning as warmer temperatures and sunshine move into the area.
If you sleep in on Sunday, you might have missed it.
We weren’t the only ones getting snow. Parts of the Dakotas, southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois also saw up to 6-inches of snow.
We don’t recommend taking out the snow shovel or the blower. It will melt soon enough, if it hasn’t already. .
