The Michigan State Senate has approved legislation to overhaul the state No-Fault Insurance laws.
Bill supporters say this will improve insurance rates by allowing drivers to choose their own level of coverage, while opponents say it would do the opposite.
The bill will now head to the Michigan State House for further review.
