HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 22-year-old man is set to be arraigned on several charges at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2019, in Allegan’s 57th District Court. He’s the suspect in a weekend crime spree involving thefts of at least five vehicles, some at gunpont, an armed home invasion, and a gunfight with a Manlius Township homeowner.
It happened between Saturday night and Sunday morning, June 15-16, 2019.
The man is recovering from a single gunshot wound — an Allegan County deputy shot him, ending the series of incidents. Michigan State Police are investigating that shooting.
