CHARLOTTE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) –39 people have reported feeling ill after eating at Tequila’s Mexican Grill in Charlotte between June 15 and June 18.
Their symptoms include nausea, abdominal cramping, vomiting or diarrhea.
Staff at Tequila’s Mexican Grill is cooperating with the investigation, and food that had been prepared between June 16-18 was thrown away.
Anyone who ate at Tequila’s Mexican Grill and has observed these symptoms is encouraged to contact their doctor and BEDHD’s Environmental Health Division at 517-541-2615.
