KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Police are still looking for clues in a triple shooting near the campus of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo early Saturday that left three people with critical injuries. It happened during a party near Bronco Club Apartments on Kickapoo Ct..
WMU officials released a statement on Sunday saying they were taking the situation seriously and had activated the university’s emergency text alert system during the incident.
The three victims were not students and were last listed in critical condition at a local hospital. The suspect is described as a black male who may have been wearing a ski mask. Two other men were seen with him at the scene.
