UNDATED, MI (WKZO AM/FM) –More than 235,000 people could have low-level marijuana crimes erased from their criminal record under a new bill.
After legalization in November, residents 21 and older are able to possess and to consume marijuana in Michigan in non-public areas.
The proposed law would expunge cases where a person had less than the now legal limit, and also convictions for growing or possessing with the intent to distribute.
