COMSTOCK (WKZO AM/FM) — Preliminary autopsy results on the body of a 69-year-old Robert Cunningham has ruled out foul play as a cause of death, but it will apparently take a toxicology analysis to determine what did kill him.
His body was found in his smoke filled home on Tuesday on Lucerne Avenue in Comstock Township. A small fire had broken out in the home, but reduced itself to embers by the time firefighters arrived.
It will take 6 to 8 weeks for test results to be complete.
