LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — Monday Feburary 19th is Presidents Day, and as a federal holiday, some federal, state, county and municipal offices will be closed in observance.
Secretary of State Ruth Johnson reminds Michigan residents that all offices and the Office of the Great Seal will be closed Monday, but customers can go to ExpressSOS.com to renew their license plate tabs, driver’s licenses, and more.
The Department of Treasury’s state offices and the United States Postal Office are also closed for President’s Day which means mail will not be delivered.
Taxpayers with any questions are encouraged to use the Treasury Self-Service online at michigan.gov or call ahead if you are unsure what is open.
