MASON TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A 32-year-old New Haven resident was killed in a violent roll over crash in Cass County late Friday night.
Deputies are not sure what happened, but they say Gary May was northbound on Kessington Road when he lost control of his Jeep Cherokee.
They say the vehicle left the pavement, caught a tire and overturned several times in a field, ejecting the victim.
May was pronounced dead at the scene in Mason Township.
Safety belts were not used.
They are running tests to determine if intoxicants and speed may have been a factor.
This case remains under investigation.
