UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM) — Consumers Energy announced the company will provide 10,000 thermostats to income-qualified Michigan residents over the next three years.
This is a joint project with the company that makes remote-controlled thermostats, Nest.
Consumers’ announcement indicated plans to help 10,000 income-eligible families over three years.

Ten percent of proceeds from sales of Nest thermostats purchased via Consumers’ website will be donated to nonprofit organizations.
