DETROIT (WKZO AM/FM) — The man who shot and killed Colin Rose, the Richland native who was working as a Wayne State Police officer, has once again been found incompetent to stand trial.
The psychiatrists at the Forensic Center say 60-year-old Raymond Durham continues to be erratic and psychotic.
Wayne County Judge Kenneth King has set an August hearing to review his progress, noting in the report from the doctors that some progress had been made.
They will keep trying for now.
Durham was captured after he wounded two other police officers about 6 months after killing Officer Rose. He was connected to the Rose case by DNA.
