HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Relentless rain forced several Tulip Time Festival cancellations Friday.
The carnival shut down at 4 p.m. The Dutch Dance evening performances were scrubbed, and the Friends Good Will sunset sail was sidelined.
An alternative to outside activities, besides shopping and dining, could be checking out the full video of Thursday’s Kinderparade or the updated photo gallery.
