ALLEGAN COUNTY (WHTC-AM/FM) — After Allegan County Sheriff’s Office released three images taken from web cameras of two suspects in a May 10, 2018, retail fraud, the public responded.
The two suspects, a white man and white woman, last seen drivng a yellow Monte Carlo/ have been found. The female is being held in Calhoun County’s jail on suspicion of an unrelated retail fraud case, according to Allegan County Sheriff’s Office.
An Allegan County Sheriff’s spokeswoman told WHTC via email “information sent out to the public definitely played a role in connecting the Calhoun case to ours.”
Neither suspect has been arraigned on formal charges, so are not being identified by authorities at this time.
