BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Battle Creek Field of Flight Airshow and Balloon Festival will be a full seven days this year.
The event runs from June 28th through July 4th with four days of airshows featuring two separate and different lineups, lots of music, carnival fun, food, balloon launches, and two fireworks shows.
Spokesman Bretton Bailey says the gates open at 5 p.m. Thursday and they will start with the carnival, vendors, motorcycle daredevils, and a live band .
He adds that they will add a few more events on Friday and then it will really get rolling this weekend.
