BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN) – A 15 year old Battle Creek girl was able break free and escape an attempted abduction in her front yard Tuesday afternoon.
Battle Creek Police say the attempted abduction took place in the 100 block of Minges Circle at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday. They say a man in smaller four-door SUV pulled up at the residence and asked for directions. He then reportedly pulled the girl into the vehicle before she was able to get away.
The man is described as a whie male in his late 20’s with a thin, short, curly beard
