After seeing the stylings of a variety of individual officers, and quite a number of product placements, we get to see them all in the big dance number on the steps of City Hall. It concludes with a donut and a smile. Fade to black.
It’s all in fun and an attempt by Police Departments nationwide to soften their image in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement and community tensions.
They are reportedly challenging State Police to pick a tune and shake their booties too.
