LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — Labor Day is two weeks from today, but State Police and local police agencies are already cracking down on drunk drivers.
Statistics show that the end of summer is one of the deadliest times of the year on the state’s highways and byways because of alcohol consumption, and their aim is to discourage that as much as possible.
The campaign runs through September 3rd.
