STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – A building at Sturgis Towing and Recovery in Sturgis, Michigan was destroyed in a fire that broke out late Monday afternoon.
WWMT-TV reports the fire at the business on M-66 south of Sturgis broke out at about 5:30 p.m. while the business owner was working on a car.
Several vehicles were inside of the destroyed business.
No injuries were reported.
Six fire departments had to be called in to battle the fire which rekindled just after 3:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Nissley Disposal which is next to the destroyed business was saved thanks to a fire wall.
