CROCKERY TWP. (WHTC-AM/FM) — A Crockery Township crash left Muskegon Township resident Shane Bloomberg, 37, dead last night, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Dill.
It happened at 7:30 p.m. on westbound I-96 near 112th Avenue Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, when Bloomberg’s vehicle left the road, striking the 112th bridge wall face.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and had no passengers in his vehicle.
The crash remains under investigation. Ottawa County deputies were assisted at the scene by Crockery Township Fire Rescue and North Ottawa Community Ambulance.
