HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Saugatuck City Council meets tonight and one big item on the agenda is tiny homes.
City officials will consider dropping the minimum finished floor area from 1,040 square feet to 600 square feet. The proposed ordinance would also require single-family attached homes, including two-family homes and townhomes to have a minimum of 900 square feet, including 600 square feet on the first floor.
Saugatuck City Council’s meeting is set for 7 p.m at City Hall, 102 Butler St. in Saugatuck.
