LANSING, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan Lottery says two ticket holders won $1 million after they matched the five white balls in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions game.
The winning $1 million tickets were bought in Grandville and Mount Pleasant.
Thirteen lucky players matched four of the white balls drawn plus the Mega Ball – 05 – to win a $10,000 prize. $10,000 tickets with four numbers each were sold in Olivet, Battle Creek and Portage.
The nearly $1.6 billion Mega Millions jackpot was the largest ever and second largest jackpot in lottery history.
A ticket holder in South Carolina matched all of the numbers to win the big prize.
