ALMENA TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A second person has now been charged for his alleged role in the torture death of a three year old girl in Van Buren County.
30-year-old Corey Kucsera was arraigned yesterday on a charge of first degree murder and ordered held on $5-million bond for allegedly being aware of what his new wife was doing to his three year old daughter Sophia, and doing nothing to stop it.
Prosecutors say step-mom Kate George bound her feet and hands and left her in a car seat with no food or water.
George was charged in September.
Kucsera was arrested over the weekend.
