SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – A limousine bus caught fire in Van Buren County Sunday morning, July 24.
South Haven Area Emergency Services officials say it took 600 gallons of water to put out vehicle engulfed in flames. The two passengers who saw the smoke just before 9 a.m. Sunday were able to escape along with the driver. No one was injured.
The fire spread quickly from the engine to the rest of the vehicle after the bus stalled on County Road 384 near 65th Street in Geneva Township.
The limousine bus is a total loss.
