MARNE, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The biggest bounce house in the world is coming to Berlin Raceway this weekend.
Beginning Friday afternoon and lasting until Sunday evening, families can head over to Berlin Raceway in Marne to enter a 10,000 square foot Bounce house that houses everything from inflatable forests, super-sized ball pits, slides, obstacles and basketball hoops. A DJ spins family-friendly tunes at a stage in the center of bounce house, who will also engage the crowds in games and competitions during each hour-long jump session.
The bounce house also features a “chill-out zone” for bouncers to take a break in, with inflatable sofas, boats, palm trees, and beds.
Outside the bounce house walls, families can take part in Field Day games like sack or wheelbarrow races, cornhole, and ping pong.
An interesting trend in concerts will also be demonstrated during the event. A “Silent Disco” event will be held next to the bounce house, where those interested will be provided headphones to listen to music performed by a DJ, rather than have to deal with other outside noise or high sound levels at a regular concert. The event will be produced by Headphone Disco, a touring Silent Disco company.
Tickets are still available for a variety of jump sessions this weekend. Go to thebigbounceamerica.ticketleap.com to purchase. Big Bounce Grand Rapids will take place at Berlin Raceway, located at 2060 Berlin Fair Dr. in Marne.
