BATTLE CREEK (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek Police are investigating the murder of a 22-year-old man on the city’s south side. The victim was shot and killed just before 11pm Wednesday night in an apartment on Rambling Lane.
There were two other persons in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
Investigators think the suspect was possibly known to the victim who let him into the apartment.What led up to the shooting is not known but police say the suspect shot the victim with the victim’s gun and got away.
