Tigers activate outfielder Hill off injured list, then ship him to Toledo

DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers Tuesday activated outfielder Derek Hill from the 10-day injured list and optioned him to AAA Toledo

Hill has been out of the lineup since he suffered a right shoulder strain against Seattle June 10.

Detroit may have some tough decisions to make as the team is rotating between Akil Baddoo, Robbie Grossman, Daz Cameron and Nomar Mazara in the outfield.
