ALBION, MI (WTVB) – Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a man whose body was found by kayakers in the Kalamazoo River as it flows through Albion last Saturday.
An autopsy showed no signs of trauma. Investigators have concluded that 84-year-old William Gillham had not been in the water for long before he was found.
Gillham retired as an Albion College professor of religious studies in 2001.
