KALAMAZOO COUNTY (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County detectives are looking for a brazen robber, who poses as a bank fraud investigator, and has been robbing seniors by convincing them to turn over their credit and debit cards.
She claims they need to be replaced and then uses them to make purchases. She has also gone to ATM’s and emptied bank accounts. They say Deirbra Collier then returns to senior living centers or calls her victims back to obtain more information and victimize them further.
She is currently a parole absconder for a conviction on similar crimes and has felony warrants calling for her immediate arrest.
Anyone who knows where Collier is currently staying is requested to contact the Sheriff’s Department or Silent Observer.
