KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — State Representative Jon Hoadley has introduced legislation that would declare March 29th, Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day in Michigan.
He says 69 other representatives have signed on as co-sponsors of the legislation and he is hoping for clear sailing in the House and Senate on the legislation.
March 29th is the day that the last troops left Vietnam.
