LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — Governor Snyder has signed a bill that will indemnify and give state sponsorship to a group of cyber-volunteers who will respond to local agencies and small business who are suddenly overwhelmed by a hacker.
Brandt Iden is the sponsor for the House bill, creating the Cyber Civilian Corp, also known as MiC3 which currently consists of 63 members and hopes to expand to 200 by the end of 2018.
