PAW PAW (WKZO AM/FM) — A man charged with killing his mother in Alabama, has entered a guilty plea to two counts of attempted murder and a gun felony after a brief gunfight with police officers along I-94.
Investigators say that Landon Harbin was pulled over near Lawrence after State Police noticed he was driving a stolen car.
Harbin jumped out of the car with his gun blazing.
Officers returned fire until Harbin ran out of bullets and surrendered.
He will be sentenced next month.
The prosecution here may have delayed his extradition back to Madison County, Alabama to face murder charges, but it won’t prevent it.
