LANSING (WKZO) — Legislators in Lansing start the year in much the same fashion they ended it. They’re still talking about funding road fixes across the state.
In May, voters will decide whether to approve a one-percent sales tax increase with those dollars going toward repairing the state’s crumbling infrastructure. Also topping this year’s agenda will be tax cut discussions and work development.
