UNDATED (WHTC)- Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s deputies have identified the young woman shot and killed at the Copper Beech Townhouses Complex Sunday evening as 21-year-old Jazmyne Lyneice Gibson. A male caller contacted dispatch around 5:50 p.m. saying a woman had been shot and then hung up without providing an address.
They determined the area the call was made from and found the gunshot victim before taking to Bronson Hospital where she later died. Investigators are awaiting autopsy results and have located a person of interest in the case.
