DETROIT (WKZO) — Revenue at all three of Detroit’s casinos declined last year. It marks the third consecutive year that annual revenues at Greektown, MGM Grand and MotorCity casinos have fallen.
According to totals released by the Michigan Gaming Control Board on Tuesday, annual revenue totaled 1.33-billion at the three casinos, which is down 1.2-percent compared to 2013. MotorCity experienced the biggest drop in revenue, down 2.1-percent to 445-million, MGM Grand dipped one-percent to 561-million and Greektown’s revenue dropped 0.5-percent to 326-million.
