LANSING (WKZO) — An already dismal financial picture just got gloomier. The state’s House Fiscal Agency says the general fund is looking at an estimated 454-million dollar shortfall.
The exact figures as well as the impact won’t be known for a few weeks. There are predictions, though, that some state services will be diminished.
Additionally, talks of personal income tax reductions may have to be shelved for now.
