LUDINGTON (WKZO) — A Michigan State Police trooper is facing drunk driving charges from an off-duty traffic stop over the weekend. According to the “Mason County Press,” 41-year-old Sammy Seymour was arrested by Ludington police for driving drunk and for having an open intoxicant.
Seymour’s sister is facing charges of resisting and obstructing police and attempted malicious destruction of police property. She allegedly tried to kick out the back window of a Mason County Sheriff’s Department patrol car during the incident.
