SAULT STE. MARIE, MI (WHTC) – Michigan has two of the snowiest spots in the country for the winter. The National Weather Service says the higest snowfall total is in Sault Ste. Marie with 158-point-seven inches and Marquette is the second highest with 157 inches.
Boston’s snowfall total is 110-point-three inches of snow making them seventh in the country despite the national attention they have received.
Marquette’s snow total is below average by 15 inches.
