LANSING, MI (WHTC) – A Target Insyght study, not commissioned by either side of the Proposal 1 question on the May 5th statewide ballot, shows that, of 600 voters canvassed on Sunday and Monday, 37 percent said their local roads are poor, while 38 percent only rate them fair. Asked how much they would want to spend annually for road repairs, half of the respondents wouldn’t want to spend more than 50 dollars. There are reports that, if Prop 1 passes, it could cost an average family up to 500 dollars a year.
